Maui grown black raspberries make this amazing sauce a possibility. It has a very full raspberry flavor right up front on the tip of your tongue and then BAM!!! The chocolate ghost peppers (bhut jolokia) take the baton and run to the finish line with the heat. More intense in my opinion than our Smoked Scorpion as it is a more immediate heat.

How we like to sauce it up…

This sauce is for all of you hunters out there. It pairs amazingly with venison, lamb, and duck. Our favorite recipe so far was for braised lamb shank with a light drizzle of the Raspberry Ghost. And for dessert try a little drizzle on your vanilla bean ice cream. Nom nom nom!!

The raspberry ghost is amazing!! They turned the heat up on this one. Even when my mouth is on fire, the sweet raspberry flavor keeps me coming back for more. It is my secret weapon in some sauces.

So much flavor.

Many hot sauces are just heat and vinegar without adding flavor to your foods. These are different. I have ordered several times now and love everything you make. This sauce in particular adds so much flavor to beef burritos and ribs that I love it. It’s even good on ice cream. Excited to try what you come up with next.
