This is one our most requested 'Farmers Market Specials' we have ever made. We finally are proud to share this garlic lover's delight in its original medium heat level. If you love garlic you're going to love this sauce!! It's packed with oven roasted garlic, caramelized garlic using organic sugar, and to top it off, a whole bunch of black garlic. We raised the temp on this using locally grown Chocolate Ghost Peppers mixed with some Chocolate Bhutlah Peppers sprinkled in for good measure.

How we like to sauce it up…

This sauce would make incredible wing sauce when added to melted butter or even as a steak sauce. For fun try it as the sauce base on your next pizza!!

Not very spicy, with strong bitter flavor

The spice level on this one wasn't very high, despite the rating. The sauce also has a bitter flavor - if you like the flavor of aged black garlic, then you will probably like this. If not, be prepared for a funky complex flavor.

My Favorite!

I bought this one on a whim because it sounded delicious, and BOY did it exceed expectations. Easily my favorite hot sauce. It has such a unique, layered flavor that adds the perfect amount of heat to any sandwich that I make. I find this one to be pretty hot, I can't even imagine how the hot version is.
