How we like to sauce it up…

This is my personal base sauce for making Thai style curry dishes. Just simmer in coconut milk and some chicken stock and voile. It is also my go-to for any night out at my favorite sushi bar. Just drizzle it down your roll and you're set!!

Delicious and just the right amount of spice

I bought this sauce in Hanapepe and it was gone within 2 weeks of coming home! I'm ordering more. Really nice balance of tumeric and ginger with the heat from the peppers- but not so spicy it overpowers your dish.

Indian Island Spice

This spice here screams Indian/curry flavored to me. I love using it in my Indian inspired dishes, and it is great with rice. It’s very strong in it’s ginger flavor so thats something to consider. If you don’t like ginger you probably will not like this, but if you do - oh my God it is such a unique flavor you will die for it!
