This sauce is an amazing burst of Hawaiian flavor starting with the sweet Sunshine Papayas grown locally here on Maui. Then the tangy & tart guava quickly follows with the trusty Hawaiian chili bringing in the rear for a nice spicy kick.

This sauce pairs well with any salty or savory food you might be enjoying. Roasted breakfast potatoes, salty pulled pork bbq sandwiches, and one of our favorite recipes is to use it as a glaze for baked salmon. Making fish taste great again!!

A Spicy Love Affair with PG

Although I’ve tried probably over 20 flavors from HiSpice over the years, and am NEVER disappointed - the PapayaGuava is my tip top favorite!! Takes me back to childhood

Living in Colorado, I've been wanting to try these hot sauces, and the first one to be used is this one, Papaya Guava, on my usual ham and potato hash weekend breakfast. At first taste, I am in love. All I need to top this off is my grandma's guava nectar and I'm back on Kauai. It is sweet with much more than just a little hint of guava and the papaya to round out the sweetness. As my grandpa would remind me, hot pepper is for health, and this isn't enough to burn much at all; I think even my wife would try this one. Thank you for taking me home. Mahalo plenty from the mountains to the sea.
