Drunken Pineapple is a dark rum soaked pineapple sauce using local Maui Hali’imaile dark rum and blending it with Kiawe Smoked Onions, Red Jalapeños, and Habaneros. The sweet and smoky combo will remind you of your favorite beach BBQ while slathering it all over chicken shishkabobs and pulled pork sandwiches and all of your Thanksgiving leftovers!!
