Oh maaaaan, the color is what sold me on buying this. It's so beautiful and vibrant, but the flavor? The flavor is AMAZING. Slightly sweet, so spicy, and yet it's hard to describe. We pour this on our eggs, on top of soft cheeses for a charcuterie board, smoked chicken, and tofu. I can't get enough!
