Aloha Spicy Ohana!! May’s Sauce of the Month is called Foo Foo Sushi Sauce!!

Foo Foo Sushi Sauce is a sauce made with real wasabi grown here on the upper slopes of Haleakala!! It is one of our favorite sauces to add directly on fresh sashimi or your favorite sushi roll. Mix it up with mayo as a quick aioli to transform your next burger or sandwich!! We hope you enjoy this sauce and look forward to bringing you more creative concoctions throughout the rest of this year!!
